These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of threegpainting.com (the "Site") and any services provided by 3G Painting & Coatings ("3G Painting," "we," "us," or "our"), a painting contractor registered in Rhode Island (Contractor Registration GC52327). By using the Site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

The Site does not include a contact form, account system, or online purchase. All estimates, contracts, and payments are handled separately by phone, email, or in person.

3. Estimates and Quotes

Pricing displayed or implied anywhere on the Site is illustrative only. All quotes are subject to an in-person or remote assessment of the work site and are valid for the period stated on the written estimate (typically 30 days). 3G Painting reserves the right to revise an estimate if the actual condition of the work area differs materially from what was described or observed, or if requested scope changes occur.

4. Service Area

3G Painting primarily serves Rhode Island's East Bay and surrounding communities. We may decline projects outside our service area or that fall outside our scope of expertise.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, photographs, before-and- after images, layouts, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to 3G Painting and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, scrape, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to harass others.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 3G PAINTING AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUBCONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability relating to services we actually perform is governed by the written contract for that project.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 3G Painting and its owners, employees, and subcontractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
