Ryan Turner
Owner — 3G Painting & Coatings
Ryan Turner is a third-generation painting professional with deep roots in the painting and coatings industry. Originally from Sacramento, California, Ryan comes from a family of skilled painters, including his grandfather and great-uncles, who served as Union Painting Foremen throughout the Sacramento area.
His uncle, Lauren Turner, was also a respected Union Foreman and successful painting contractor who played a significant role in mentoring Ryan early in his career. Painting has been a family tradition for generations, with Ryan's father and several cousins continuing successful commercial painting operations throughout Southern California.
Ryan's career began in Sacramento, where he gained experience in both residential and commercial painting before expanding his expertise in Reno, Nevada. He later specialized in high-end custom residential painting and fine wood staining throughout the prestigious North Shore Lake Tahoe communities, including Dollar Point and Truckee, California. Over the years, he has developed extensive knowledge of coatings, surface preparation, restoration, and premium finish applications.
In addition to hands-on craftsmanship, Ryan has held numerous leadership positions as an estimator, project manager, and superintendent on projects across the United States. Today, as the owner of 3G Painting & Coatings in Barrington, Rhode Island, he continues his family's tradition by delivering exceptional residential painting, restoration, and finishing services with a commitment to quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Gretchen Coleman
Interior Designer — Warren, RI
Gretchen Coleman is an independent interior designer and a trusted partner on many of our projects. Based in Warren, Rhode Island, she brings a personal, hands-on approach to residential design that pairs perfectly with our work.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Marketing and a certificate in Residential Interior Design. With an eye for style and a deep understanding of how people truly live, she brings a unique blend of creativity, functionality, and hands-on expertise to every project.
Her approach to design is deeply personal and rooted in listening first. Gretchen believes every client, every home, and every project has its own story, and thoughtful design begins by understanding the people behind the space. Rather than chasing trends, she focuses on creating interiors that feel authentic, timeless, and reflective of her clients' lifestyles and personalities.
She has a hands-on approach, and is far more than mood boards and floor plans. With a strong understanding of construction, renovation, and the realities of how homes are built, she works closely with contractors, solves problems on site, and often takes an active role in the execution process herself. Her ability to bridge the gap between design vision and real-world functionality allows her to create spaces that are not only beautiful, but livable and lasting.
